The information we handle is taken in when you sign up for courses (both physical and e-learning) via our website or via email / phone, enter into an agreement with us or sign up for our newsletter. Of course, we also handle information about employees and sub-consultants for ProAgile, as well as in some cases contact information for representatives of partners or events that we sponsor.
The reason for us to handle your personal information is to be able to give you as a customer the best possible service from us in the form of coaching, courses or news from the agile world. In some cases, the information is also required to be able to legally enter into an agreement with us. In order to do this in the best way, we need to save personal data for periods.
We make sure to handle your information carefully and do not save the information for a longer period than is required to fulfill the agreement we have with you or to comply with existing laws (for example for accounting reasons).
