In our workshop there are no human pyramids or grape vines. Neither do we hold hands, sing songs or hug. If you don’t take that initiative yourself of course. 😉
Our intensive team starter workshop is instead based on a concept with wide support of research. Through our work with agile coaching we have had the possibility to try and refine the workshops. We have a very effective, energetic and fun workshop that we want to share with you!
The week before the workshop we will send out some information so that the participants can prepare, for instance think about what should make them personally motivated to participate in the teams tasks.
