What do we want in ProAgile?
We want to make the world a better place. We do this by changing companies and workplaces so that they become more humane, more involved and allow individuals to grow.
The effects of our efforts are more committed employees who create better products and services and thus companies that are better equipped to survive in a changing world.
How do we work?
We are the best in agile. We have come there by living as we learn. We share knowledge and experience with each other and cultivate our common and unique interests. We also give back to the agile world by arranging meetings, conferences and sharing our knowledge openly.
You are never alone in your assignment but always have the support of your colleagues. ProAgile’s employees communicate with each other daily to solve problems.
We are never stopped by any management team because everyone is involved and decides – there is no management team. Through facilitation, we mean that decisions can still be made quickly without lasting conflicts. Preferably in the form of experiments in small steps that we dare to re-evaluate based on what we learn along the way.
How do we view personal development?
Since we have no hierarchy in the organization, the career opportunities look different compared to most other companies. With us, ”making a career” means continuously developing within one’s interests and as a human being.
